Repair Windows 7 with inplace upgrade

I heard you can repair Windows 7 by doing an inplace upgrade of windows;  Doing this shouldn’t make you loose Important stuff.  You’ll want your windows 7 DVD key and probably want your administrator login, you’ll probably need admin rights….

You will probably want to slipstream the installation first;
